Thursday, June 27, 2024 The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), recognized as the leading trade association for the business travel sector, has announced the launch of its new initiative, the Global Equity Program (GEP). This program is designed to assist business travel professionals in emerging markets by providing them with a sponsored one-year membership to GBTA. Backed by Marriott International as the founding sponsor, this initiative aims to democratize access to the resources necessary for professional growth in the business travel industry.

To be eligible for the GEP, applicants must: Applications for the GEP are currently open, with Marriott International supporting the annual membership fees for the first 20 accepted applicants.
