Travelex Insurance Services, a prominent provider of travel insurance, was already ahead in fostering a positive workplace environment. Upon discovering the CliftonStrengths® model, Travelex’s leadership embraced its potential to harness individual strengths, initiating a pilot program within the organization.

In 2021, Travelex executives initiated a pilot of CliftonStrengths across their entire leadership team. By 2022, they had successfully rolled out the model throughout the company. Today, Jackson characterizes the company as “leading through strengths.
