MIRU, the rooftop restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, renowned for its seasonal delicacies and breathtaking views, is set to reopen on May 24, 2024. Guests can look forward to an innovative new menu crafted by Japanese Chef Toshikazu Kato and Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien.

Experience an enchanting evening under the stars, sipping a complimentary glass of sparkling wine as you watch the sun set behind Prague Castle. The terrace, designed to resemble a Japanese garden and featuring only four tables, offers an intimate setting for guests to savor a distinctive degustation menu against the backdrop of stunning views, promising an unforgettable culinary adventure. “MIRU prioritizes taste and ingredients, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese methods combined with local elements.
