Saturday, June 22, 2024 Experience a 45-minute gourmet lunch on the stunning terrace of Four Seasons Madrid with Chef Dani García’s rotating iconic dishes, Monday to Friday from 1-4 pm. The Dani Brasserie on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is gearing up for summer by setting up its stunning terrace for a unique culinary event. Starting this week, the restaurant introduces ‘1 Day, 1 Iconic Dish’—a concept by Chef Dani García designed for discerning yet time-strapped diners.

This swift 45-minute meal option, served from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on weekdays, combines exquisite dining with breathtaking views of Madrid, transforming a regular business lunch into an extraordinary gastronomic journey. The menu at Dani Brasserie will feature a rotating selection of Chef García’s most famous dishes, ensuring a new taste experience each day. Monday kicks off with Dani Guacamole, followed by the day’s fish special in “Roteña” sauce with mussels, and a delicious Carrot Cake to end.



Tuesday offers an Asparagus Duo with hazelnut vinaigrette, the celebrated Rossini Hamburger, and Baileys-infused Tipsy Cake. Wednesday’s menu includes Tomate Nitro, Stroganoff Tenderloin, and Smokey Chocolates for dessert. On Thursday, guests can enjoy Red Tuna Tartare with stracciatella, Prawn Linguini, and once again, the beloved Carrot Cake.

The week concludes on Friday with a Caesar Salad, Grilled Barbate Tuna Steak with confit shallots, and Crêpes Suzette. This initiative.
