At the tender age of 15, he started working in a local eatery, quickly falling in love with the vibrant and demanding kitchen environment. His commitment to the culinary arts propelled him through prestigious kitchens, including The French Laundry in California, Gramercy Tavern, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. These experiences sharpened his culinary skills and deepened his passion for excellence.
