Born and raised in Okinawa, Japan, Yonaha’s passion for sushi began in his family’s kitchen, leading to years of rigorous training under seasoned sushi masters. Achieving his fugu (blowfish) license in 2010, Yonaha’s dedication to mastering the intricate art of sushi is evident in his meticulous approach, from selecting the freshest ingredients to perfecting delicate flavor balances. Each dish crafted by Yonaha is a work of art, highlighting the natural flavors of ingredients sourced from Japan.
