The series kicks off on June 25, 2024, with guest chef Brad Kilgore of Kilgore Culinary from Kansas City. Recently named Best New Chef in America by Food & Wine Magazine and a multiple James Beard Foundation award nominee, Kilgore will join Evelyn’s team to present a four-course menu. This collaboration features both individual plates and shared dishes, complemented by wine pairings from Jordan wines.
On July 14, 2024, Evelyn’s will host hypercreative pastry chef Antonio Bachour, recognized as Best Pastry Chef in the World in 2018 and 2022. Bachour, known for his intricate pastry designs, will bring a memorable brunch experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors of South Florida and the Caribbean, intersecting with Evelyn’s Eastern Mediterranean roots. The prix-fixe brunch menu will include brunch cocktails and bubbles by Ferrari Trento 1902.
