Friday, July 5, 2024 Michelin unveiled the third edition of its annual Michelin Guide Dubai at an elegant ceremony held last night at the newly opened One&Only One Za’abeel. A notable highlight was Row on 45, which became the fourth restaurant in Dubai to earn two Michelin stars. This year’s edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai features 106 restaurants, marking a significant increase of 53.

6% from the initial 69 restaurants listed when the guide launched in 2022. This year’s count also surpasses the 90 restaurants included in 2023, demonstrating the growth and diversity of Dubai’s culinary landscape, as assessed by Michelin’s famously incognito inspectors. The 2024 guide acknowledges four restaurants with two Michelin stars and 15 with one star, including four new recipients.



Additionally, Dubai now boasts 18 Bib Gourmand establishments and three restaurants with a Michelin Green Star. Indian cuisine has notably made its mark in the guide, with 11 innovative concept-dining spots included. Among them, Revelry, an Indian tapas bar, has been added to the Bib Gourmand category.

Trèsind Studio, led by Chef Himanshu Saini, and avatāra, under Chef Rahul Rana, continue to feature prominently in the guide, holding two stars and one star respectively. Indya by Vineet, led by Chef Vineet Bhatia, also remains a Bib Gourmand pick. These restaurants are conceptualized to reflect India’s seasonal shifts, agricultural heritage, and culinary traditions, and are all ventures of .
