Wednesday, July 3, 2024 On July 1st, flydubai , a Dubai-based airline, launched its new routes to Islamabad and Lahore in Pakistan. These daily flights mark the beginning of the carrier’s expanded services to these major Pakistani cities. The inaugural flights arrived at Islamabad International Airport (ISB) and Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE), where they received a celebratory water cannon salute and a warm reception from airport officials.

Commenting on the start of operations, Sudhir Sreedharan, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations (UAE, GCC, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent) at flydubai, said: “at flydubai, we are always looking for opportunities to better serve our customers with more options for travel and we are pleased to have launched our daily services to Islamabad and Lahore. The commencement of our 14 weekly flights to these two points will enable more of our passengers to enjoy direct access between the UAE and Pakistan.” flydubai’s network in Pakistan now includes Faisalabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Quetta, and Sialkot.



The airline has established a robust network of over 125 destinations across 58 countries, serviced by a young fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft. Flights to Islamabad and Lahore will depart daily from Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB). The fare details for these routes are as follows:.
