Wednesday, July 3, 2024 Peach Aviation Limited (CEO: Kazunari Ohashi) is updating its fare types to enhance clarity and usability, ensuring greater customer satisfaction. These new fares, effective from October 27 with the onset of the winter schedule, will be available from July 10. This update is in response to customer feedback, aiming to align more closely with individual travel preferences.
The revised fare categories will transition from “Value Peach,” “Prime Peach,” and “Simple Peach” to “Standard,” “Standard Plus,” and “Minimum.” The “Standard” fare now includes one checked baggage and complimentary seat selection, with ticketing fees removed for simplicity. The “Standard Plus” offers all benefits of the “Standard” fare along with added flexibility for flight changes and refunds, plus the option to hold payments for 24 hours after booking.
The “Minimum” fare remains economically priced, providing optional features such as seat selection and checked baggage based on customer needs. Peach is committed to maintaining safe operations and focusing on providing services that are straightforward, dependable, and of the highest quality. The airline will continue to enhance the core aspects of its offerings to ensure customer satisfaction.
