This venue celebrates the fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian elements in both its menu and ambiance, enriching it further with a flair for music, art, and design.

Cuisine At the helm of SUSHISAMBA Singapore’s culinary offerings is Chef Kyung Soo Moon, a seasoned Culinary Director with extensive international experience. The menu showcases a harmonious mix of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian flavors, with many ingredients, particularly seafood, sourced from Japan. Signature dishes include Peruvian ceviche, the SAMBA Singapore roll, and an array of sushi and sashimi.

Notably, it is one of the few places in Singapore where diners can enjoy fresh tuna directly from Japan. The menu also emphasizes locally sourced organic vegetables and offers several dishes tailored to local tastes.
