Ilaria Cicero, CEO of IEG Asia and organizer of the event, expressed excitement about providing a unique venue for specialty food and beverage professionals to network, explore, and enhance their operations. “SFDA and SCTA create an ideal environment for discovering innovative specialty products and pursuing excellence in food service from Italy, Singapore, and beyond. We are eager to introduce new exhibitors and greet attendees over the next few days,” she remarked.
