Thursday, May 30, 2024 Eurowings has initiated flights connecting Cologne Bonn Airport with Chişinău, Moldova, starting from May 1. The service operates twice weekly, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as part of the current summer schedule. Additionally, from July, Eurowings will expand its destinations to include Samsun, Turkey (beginning July 8, on Mondays), Kayseri, Turkey (starting July 11, on Thursdays), and Fez, Morocco (from July 6, on Saturdays).
‘We are delighted that our important partner Eurowings is adding four more destinations to its already large portfolio in Cologne/Bonn,’ says Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH. ‘With Chişinău, we are adding a city in Eastern Europe that is well worth seeing and that we have not previously had on our flight schedule.
