Drivers are facing long delays on the A14 near Ipswich this morning. Traffic has almost come to a standstill in the eastbound carriageway between Copdock and the Orwell Bridge. Eye witnesses are reporting a broken down vehicle is causing the delays.
It comes after police were called to a crash on the A14 near Ipswich at about 6.05am on Wednesday. A spokeswoman for Suffolk police confirmed the eastbound carriageway was fully reopened after the crash at 7.
15am. According to the AA Traffic Map the broken down vehicle is causing delays of around 15 minutes in the area..
