, will be located in an industrial park near Querétaro, the capital of the federal state of the same name. This new site aims to enhance cooperation with key customers such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, and major local airlines. With North America being a crucial growth market, this strategic move will allow Diehl Aviation to shorten travel and transport routes, leading to more effective collaboration with its clients.
By boosting local presence and responsiveness, Diehl Aviation will improve its market competitiveness. The Mexico location offers economic advantages, including cost-efficient production, reduced product costs, and the creation of a local supply chain. Additionally, it provides access to a skilled workforce.
Querétaro’s central location, robust infrastructure, and proximity to Querétaro International Airport make it an ideal industrial hub, housing renowned companies like Bombardier, Airbus, Safran, and Delta Airlines. Initially, the site will feature 8,000 square meters of production and office space, employing about 30 people. In the medium term, the workforce is expected to grow to approximately 500 employees.
