Monday, June 10, 2024 Cargojet disclosed its new partnership with Great Vision HK Express, based in China, marking the start of a three-year collaboration. The agreement entails scheduled charter services between Hangzhou, China, and Vancouver, B.C.
, utilizing B767-300F aircraft. Primarily catering to the burgeoning Chinese e-Commerce market, Cargojet pledges a minimum of three weekly flights. Operations commenced on May 22, 2024, with eight successful flights already completed.
The anticipated revenue for the entire agreement period surpasses CAD $160M. “Leveraging Cargojet’s industry-leading record of on-time performance and reliability, together with the connection opportunities from Vancouver to fifteen other cities in Canada, will allow Great Vision HK to provide enhanced services for China-based e-Commerce service providers, to their customers across Canada,” said Jamie B.
