Among his culinary creations, the Kapow Burger is a cheeseburger topped with raw onion and pickled jalapeños and crowned with a lavish scoop of krapow beef.
This beef is flavored with bird chili, garlic and Thai hot basil, in homage to a classic Thai comfort food dish called Pad Krapow.
