The Austrian flagship carrier will operate up to six weekly flights to the bustling US East Coast metropolis, using a Boeing 767 with 211 seats. Passengers boarding the inaugural Boeing 767 flight to Boston were warmly greeted at the gate by Austrian Airlines CCO Michael Trestl and Julian Jäger, Joint CEO and COO of Vienna Airport, who introduced them to this exciting new destination.
The celebration included a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony, delightful culinary offerings, and a talented sketch artist capturing the inaugural flight’s memorable moments.
