Austrian Airlines has successfully met the rigorous criteria of the European EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) regulation and the international ISO 14001 standard for environmental management systems. In 2024, the company’s environmental management system underwent its second audit, where external auditors once again commended the exceptional expertise of the team responsible for EMAS implementation.
