Wednesday, May 22, 2024 Beginning on 11 June 2024, Air France will introduce new concierge services at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport to welcome and assist its customers during their stay. These services will be available to passengers on all Air France flights or those sharing a code with a partner airline. Air France’s Conciergerie will provide a variety of customized services for passengers traveling in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business classes, designed to ensure an exclusive, seamless, and stress-free experience at the airport.
Upon departure, passengers can take advantage of a comprehensive suite of services including private airport transfers*, concierge assistance from the moment they arrive at the terminal, a porter service to manage luggage to a dedicated check-in counter, streamlined processing through the airport’s priority lanes, access to the lounge for eligible passengers, and guidance all the way to the boarding gate. Upon arrival, a concierge will greet passengers right at the aircraft door and escort them through the airport’s priority lanes. After collecting their baggage, passengers will be led to their designated private transfer vehicle*.
For those with connecting flights, a concierge will guide them from the jetway to the lounge (if eligible) and onward to the boarding gate of their subsequent flight via the airport’s priority lanes.
