With over 3,000 employees in Bangkok, Agoda stands as one of Thailand’s largest international tech employers. Agoda attracts top global talent, employing individuals from 70 different nationalities across various fields such as software development, data science, product management, and business intelligence. The company is committed to fostering local talent, annually integrating 150 tech trainees and hiring numerous engineers from leading Thai universities.
