Friday, May 24, 2024 Aéro Montréal , the aerospace cluster of Québec, concluded the 9th International Aerospace Innovation Forum yesterday, focusing on the theme of collaboration. The event saw the participation of over 1,700 attendees from 19 different countries, held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Unprecedented Mobilization in Québec’s Aerospace Sector Aéro Montréal hosted Québec’s largest aerospace industry gathering, drawing over 1,700 attendees, 145 speakers, and facilitating more than 800 business meetings across two days.

Event Highlights: Several key announcements emerged from the International Aerospace Innovation Forum: Mélanie Lussier, President and CEO of Aéro Montréal, reflected on the forum, “This 9th edition showcased the dynamism of the Québec aerospace cluster, marked by collaborative innovation, international engagement, and pioneering projects aimed at autonomy and decarbonization.” Key Partnerships: The event was supported by major partners including Bombardier, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and CAE, alongside the National Research Council Canada (NRC), Initiative for Sustainable Aviation Technology (INSAT), and Investissement Québec as Innovation Partners..
