Drivers on the A419 face hour-long delays after a multi-vehicle crash was reported this evening. Emergency services are at the scene of the collision on the busy road between Cirencester and Swindon, with one lane closed near Cricklade. Wiltshire Police are at the scene to recover the vehicles involved.
National Highways reports very long delays of up to an hour in the area. Traffic monitor Inrix says congestion has been reported to the Down Ampney turning. It reports: "Long delays and one lane closed due to recovery work and accident, two cars involved on A419 Southbound before Cricklade turn off.
