BOULDER, Colo. — Four cities in Colorado have been named in this year's edition of the " Best Places to Live in the U.S.

" The new 2024-25 list ranked 150 major cities across the United States based on value, desirability, job market and quality of life. U.S.



News & World Report placed Colorado Springs, Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins among the top 40 on its annual list. Colorado Springs ranked third , according to U.S.

News & World Report, which noted its high desirability and value scores. About Colorado Springs, the report noted that "despite the sprawl, people regularly stop to say hello to someone they know at their neighborhood brewery or grocery store. That's the small-town scene the city aims to preserve.

" Boulder was placed at No. 10, followed by Fort Collins and Denver at No. 39 and No.

40, respectively. Naples, Florida, took No. 1 in the new rankings due to its strong job market and quality of life scores and Boise, Idaho, placed second due to its strength of value, job market and quality of life scores.
