T his week starts with Kenosha’s Civic Veterans Parade and ends with the first Kenosha Kingfish Bobblehead Night of the season. In between, we celebrate the Fourth of July with a bang: America is celebrating its 248th birthday, and we all get to celebrate. Our corner of southeastern Wisconsin is bursting with patriotic fun, from parades to concerts to fireworks.
The celebrations start today with the Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade, stepping off at 1 p.m. from Washington Road and Seventh Avenue.
It’s Greek to me: Today is the final performance of “The Greek Mythology Olympiaganza,” on stage at the Rhode Center for the Arts, 514 56th St. The fast-moving play offers a zany take on Greek mythology. 2 p.

Green Bay Road. You’ll find all sorts of Greek food and music, plus a marketplace and carnival rides. Opa! The festival is open noon to 7 p.
