Faye Jawad, from London , who uses the social media handle, @fayeeeeeej, took to TikTok to share her unpleasant experience on board a flight to Portugal. Faye said that upon boarding the plane with her mum, she asked a member of staff if she could make an announcement to other passengers that she was allergic to walnuts, and asked it the crew could avoid serving them for the duration of the flight.
'I have a nut allergy and every time I get on the plane I have to go up to the cabin crew when I board and say,"Hi I'm allergic to nuts, please can you not serve any nuts on the plane",' she explained. Faye, who works as a social media executive, was stunned when she was met with a firm 'no' from the air hostess. @fayeeeeeej i forgot so many more details but i ended up telling everyone on the flight myself.
this has never happened .
