Amisha Aggarwal, a software engineer at Google, recently shared a distressing experience involving a Rapido bike ride that went wrong, attracting considerable attention on social media. The woman from Bengaluru revealed photos of her injured leg on X from the accident and expressed her frustration with the service, stating, "Never taking a Rapido bike again." The situation escalated dangerously when the driver made an abrupt turn into the service lane without using an indicator and a car hit them from behind. "The rider completed the trip and ran away without taking me to a clinic or hospital," she wrote.

It was the car driver who ultimately came to her aid. The woman went on to claim that Rapido's customer care advised her to file an insurance claim for her injuries. Despite this, she expressed a broader concern about the recklessness of bike riders on such platforms.

"I don't have anything against Rapido, but the bike riders usually drive very recklessly, and I'd advise everyone to avoid booking two-wheelers if they love their life," she wrote. ALSO SEE:.
