There's nothing like a breakup to bring new people together. A posted by Mercedes (@mercedesbenzmeover) went viral after revealing Ring doorbell footage of passers-by who stumbled upon a box of her ex's things with a note outside her door. Their reaction was priceless.
Since the video was posted on May 15, it has received 3 million views and over 380,000 likes. "When the guys cleaning out the apartment across from me see my ex's stuff outside my door and my note," she captioned the video. "I left my ex's things outside with a note so the people who took my trash wouldn't take it.
" Written on the note was: "Not trash but it should be." In the video, a mover next door who was either cleaning out the apartment next door or moving somebody in saw the note. He immediately called his coworker over to look at the note, too, leading to the pair breaking into laughter.
"She's funny," one of the men said. "I swear he said, 'God help him' at the end," user @xo.toots.

Viewers in the comments laughed along with the people in the video, hardly believing the movers' big reaction: "The way he cackled at your note," @southernhoney333 wrote. "The way he went to get his coworker to show him makes this," @overreactingtrash wrote, to which Mercedes replied: "I was cracking up.
I went to see if my ex got his things, but just saw them reading my note." "What I love is you gave them a good laugh in probably a hard workday," @bizclassgirl wrote. Im cracking the hell up.
