James Patrice has been announced as the new presenter for 98FM’s mid-morning slot over the summer while Brian Dowling takes paternity leave. Brian announced he was taking leave ahead of the arrival of his second child last week, with his leave commencing on June 21. Brian co-hosts Brian Dowling and Suzanne Kane on 98FM 10am to 1pm weekdays, with James Patrice stepping in to keep Suzanne company over the summer period.
James is an RTÉ reporter, who has filled in on occasion for Brian on 98FM. The Dublin native started out by creating content on social media, with his well-known alias Malahide Woman always a hit. He has also performed on the stage.
