More tributes have been laid at the site of a fatal crash in Bolton . Earlier this week, the family of Karen Kimblin released a tribute to their "caring and loving" grandmother after she was killed in a crash on St Helens Road on Saturday, June 22. Karen, who was in her 60s, worked as a nurse throughout her life.

Messages left include: “To our beautiful mum.

You were taken from us too soon and our hearts are broken. “We will miss you every day. Love your girls xxxx.

Anthony, Sam, Bailey, Cailtin + Archie xxx.

” Another card said: “To a lovely lady. Rest in Peace, Love from cousin Susan + Bob xx.” Police are still appealing for witnesses and anyone with any information, CCTV, or dashcam footage is asked to call 0161 856 4741 quoting log number 2,759 of 22/06/24.
