CLEVELAND, Ohio — Thousands or people lined University Circle Saturday afternoon to cheer on the more than 700 people who took part in the annual Parade the Circle. This year’s theme was “Visions of Harmony” and included such visions as colorful jelly fish and brightly colored robots. Colorful birds were another popular costume choice by the parade goers.
