"Both myself and my little boy we found out the other day actually that we’re allergic to grass and it’s both different types of grass," she revealed. "And apparently, June is the moment with this pollen bomb going off.

" According to the NHS website Hay fever is a common allergy that causes sneezing, coughing, and itchy eyes. You cannot cure it, but there are things you can do to help your symptoms or medicines you can take to help. Cat and Ben welcomed allergy expert Dr Helen Brough to the show to discuss the issue which affects around 49 percent of Brits, according to recent research by Allergy UK.
