's studio was left in tears after watching a truly heartbreaking video. Rugby player Rob Burrow has sadly died after battling motor neurone disease and his "final message" to the world was played on ITV's (4 June). He urged viewers to make the most of everyday in his touching clip and the This Morning crew were left with a lump in their throats.

After broadcasting Rob's message, the camera cut back to Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard in the studio. Cat fought back the tears as Burrow ended the video with: "Rob Burrow, over and out." Ben said the message was "powerful" as Cat struggled to maintain her composure.

Shephard asked if Deeley was "all right," to which she replied "no" through gritted teeth. With a cracked voice, Deeley tried to continue and spoke to the camera: "Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things we'll ever go through, which is why Deirdre is here to help you manage your grief today." The camera cut to Deirdre behind the scenes, who was hosting the call-in section of the show and helping viewers handle their personal losses.

Ben, Cat and Deirdre all urged fans to call in for help if they are struggling and the phone-in host even admitted that she was "choked up" while watching Rob's farewell message.
