The Mokena Park District presents Woofstock – Free Pet Fair from 11 a.m.-1 p.

m. June 22 at Yunker Park, 10824 LaPorte Road, Mokena Open to all animals, the fair ill include pet-friendly vendors, demonstrations and presentations and contests such as Best Trick and Costume, Yunker Yelper and Golden Oldies. Take a picture of your pet and enter the Social Medial Star Contest.

June 23 at Messenger Woods Nature Preserve, Homer Glen. Join a naturalist for a hike to find wildflowers and hear stories of how these beauties were named, their uses and other lore and legends. The free program is open to those 10 and older.
