UKTV has announced its cast for its re-imagined Bergerac series and it includes stars from Life on Mars, The Split and My Family. Irish actor Damien Molony takes on the leading role of Jim Bergerac, which was played by John Nettles in the original BBC series. Speaking of landing the part, Damien said: "I'm incredibly excited to be stepping into the role .
