Photo by Elliot Ferguson / Postmedia Article content Nine Via Rail trains heading east and west were delayed in the Kingston region on Saturday while a police investigation of a suspicious package shut down the tracks in both directions for several hours. A statement from the Via Rail media-relations department said the nine trains were stopped at various locations, awaiting track clearance, for between one and five hours.
