Summer music festival at the Casa del Jazz in Rome.Rome's Casa del Jazz hosts more than 50 concerts and shows on its outdoor stage in the park of Villa Osio, on Viale di Porta Ardeatina, from 7 June to 6 August.The Summertime 2024 festival boasts a packed programme of performances by Italian and international acts performing jazz, blues, soul, swing, acid jazz and Mediterranean music.This year's festival opens on 7 June with a concert by pianist Joey Calderazzo alongside the eclectic double bass player John Patitucci and drummer Dave Weckl.Other highlights include Paolo Fresu & Rita Marcotulli (27 June), Johnathan Blake & Pentad (5 July), Cécile McLorin Salvant (8 July) and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram (11 July).For details of 2024 programme see the Casa del Jazz website.
