The series follows DC villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface, and King Shark as they engage in a perilous mission in a fantasy world connected to Gotham where “swords and magic where orcs rampage and dragons rule the skies.” The Suicide Squad is given an impossible task to battle by Amanda Waller to explore the fantasy world. Naturally, their rampage-filled exploration leads to their imprisonment by the Isekai kingdom soldiers.

In order to earn their freedom, the DC baddies must fight against a fearsome imperial army and liberate the fantasy world in the process. As is tradition, the team has to accomplish their mission within 72 hours lest the Wall.
