Springbone is famous for its bone broths which are made from scratch every day using high-quality bones from free-range animals. Springbone uses old fashioned methods cooking bones over a fire for 18 hours to create an all-natural menu of broths.
Additionally Springbone offers hearty homestyle bowls. The QSR was co-founded by and eight years ago in Greenwich Village. Soon, they will be opening a new location that brings Springbone very close to a milestone ten locations.

The half is because of a kiosk that only operates half of each year, so he doesn’t classify it as a full restaurant. This new location on 23rd Street will bring the brand to nine and a half locations in total. Eckstein worked with Brooklyn’s to conceptualize the space.
