Today, the renowned Michelin Guide spotlighted Slovenia’s top dining establishments for the fifth consecutive year, celebrating the exceptional quality, sustainability, and diversity of Slovenian cuisine.

Hiša Franko, led by chef Ana Roš, continues to dazzle with its three-star rating and retains its prestigious Green Star, positioning it among an elite group of 145 three-star restaurants and 33 establishments globally to hold both distinctions. Other Slovenian restaurants featured in this year’s Michelin Guide have also garnered impressive accolades, with Milka, under the leadership of David Žefran, preserving its two-star status from last year.
