Police said in a release Thursday that a 35-year-old man faces a number of charges after detectives uncovered a stolen vehicle operation at a garage on Rue Saint-Louis. Article content Police said they conducted a raid last summer on Rue Saint-Louis after a Ottawa car owner tracked his stolen vehicle to the address, according to police.
