Speaking to The U.S. Sun, he revealed the little-known tricks for rejuvenating skin around the eyes.
DIMINISH DARK CIRCLES Patel said caffeine is often touted as the cure for dark under-eye circles because it boosts circulation and restricts blood vessels. He said the ingredient can help to minimize the appearance of hyperpigmentation and reduce puffiness, but the results are only temporary. “Dark under-eye circles can be caused by loss of volume in the aging process, in which case, tear trough dermal filler would be a more appropriate and longer lasting treatment,” he said.
He revealed hydrating skin is another way to reduce the appearance of bags under the eyes. “Using a hydrating lightweight serum around the delicate eye area is essential, as is getting a good amount of sleep and drinking lots of water to help reduce under-eye bags,” he said. REDUCE PUFFINESS Patel said natural ingredients such as slices of strawberries and cucumber can banish under-eye puffiness when applied topically.
