This delightful pop-up event will highlight the vibrant flavors of the Konkan region, with a special emphasis on its delectable mango varieties.

Chef Meena Paranjape is ready to showcase a range of vegetarian dishes that are quintessentially Maharashtrian, enhanced with the delicious essence of fresh mangoes. Guests can indulge in traditional beverages like Kairi cha Panha and Solkadhi while relishing classic starters such as Alu Wadi and Kothimbir Wadi. The festival will also feature an array of pickles, including Naral ani Kairi chi Chatani, a variety of flavorful chutneys, and homemade papads like Mirgunda, alongside zesty salads such as Ambe Daal and Bhopla cha Bharit.

Central to the festival are dishes that beautifully capture the authentic Konkan flavors like batata chi bhaaji, kaju usal, bharli wangi, and the unique koyada (ripe mango curry). These can be paired with aromatic rice varieties such as masala bhaat and Kairi cha bhaat, along with a selection of rotis including poori and bhakri. Save room for dessert as well, as an assortment of treats like aamras, ukdiche modak, and rawa ladoo awaits you!
