Seth Norder is No. 2 boys miler in Michigan history after Brooks PR win

Seth Norder continued to add to his impressive legacy in high school track and field on Wednesday night by winning the Brooks PR Invitational boys 1-mile race in historic fashion. Norder’s winning time of 4 minutes, 1.94 seconds is a personal record and makes him the No.

2 high school runner in Michigan history in the 1-mile event, which is 1609 meters. Norder clocked times of 3:46.01 through 1500 meters and 4:00.
