Dane shared a stage with Wayne Williams, Mark Baron and Bobak Kianoush from their early success in 1997 through to the band's break up in 2000. While Dane has been in and out of the spotlight since then, Bobak has pursued a very different career and achieved even more than he did as a pop star.
Bobak sported a close-shaved head in his boy band days, so fans who saw him reunite with his bandmates at the Kisstory festival in 2021 might have struggled to place the singer who turned up on stage with dark hair and heavy stubble covering his trademark dimples. He looked thrilled to be back with the group for the performance at the festival on Streatham Common in London, but it was a one-off return to the stage for Bobak whose life looks very different these days. Another Level scored seven top 40 hits in two years, including huge hit Freak Me in 1998, but the group had imploded by 2000 and 26 years on from their biggest single, Bobak has taken his career in a completely different direction.
Despite worldwide stardom, only Dane wanted to take part in ITV's Big.
