Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed will not have to testify at Alec Baldwin 's upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer on Friday, June 21 denied the prosecution's motion to compel Gutierrez-Reed to testify with immunity.
