The popular presenter and his partner Adam Maryniak will be stepping away from Dublin City, where they currently reside, to live beside the seaside.

Brendan signed a contract to work with Larkrock Green Homes, who are going to run the entire SEAI grant. The Keys To My Life star has been sharing updates on the renovations so far over on his Instagram . The 52-year-old was back on the site today to thank his fans for their support saying: "I have to say I have been absolutely overwhelmed with support for our tiny house renovation, people stopping at traffic lights, rolling down windows and shouting, 'How are you getting on'?" He started his updated tour by taking fans around the exterior of the house.

Currently, the building is being wrapped in exterior insulation which has to be done so it can qualify for his SEAI grant. Since his last check in, the home's interior now has the shell of the rooms, with the pluming in the process of being installed. The drain has gone in for the shower in the master bathroom with the remainder of the fixtures to follow.

For his living room, light is his priority, as he has added a new velux window and a second wall level window in the room, to let in as much natura.
