RTE star Maura Derrane has showed off her latest hair transformation and fans have all said she looks ageless. The Today Show host is renowned for changing up her hairstyles and this time she ditched her usual curly locks for a soft straight look. Maura took to Instagram yesterday to document the results of her hair appointment.
The 53-year-old looked sensational as she sat in the hair salon while her hairdresser revealed her new do. The hair stylist had cut some stunning layers throughout Maura's hair and also added a beautiful "French fringe" at the front. The Galway girl also rocked a more lighter, red toned colour as opposed to her usual dark brown.
Maura told fans: "Pam (her hairdresser) has cut a fringe into my hair! And I nearly made her cut a bob but she stopped me." Pam added: "I did I stopped her in her tracks because all she needs is this fringe for the summer, we call this a French fringe, it's not a bang." The hairdresser then began to lift up Maura's hair to give followers a closer look at how she cut the fringe.
Pam told Maura that "equally" her hair will be "gorgeous curly" when it dries naturally. Maura then complimented her hair stylist as she said: "It's beautiful, I love the colour." The Irish host wrote in her caption: "#newhairstyle thanks to @morrissey.
