Even before Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to step down as working royals and move to the States, there were rumblings of a rift between Harry and Prince William . The Duke of Sussex confirmed that in the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey , admitting that he and his sibling were on different paths. Royal watchers everywhere then began to question what happened that caused a rift between them.
To the outside world, the brothers always appeared so close but then something changed. According to someone who has worked with the royal family longer than the princes have been alive, that something was Meghan. He began working for The Sun in 1977 and has photographed the royals on hundreds of international tours, at seven weddings, and at five funerals including the late Queen Elizabeth II ‘s. He was made a Member of the Order of the British Empire for his “outstanding service to newspapers.” He recently spoke about how Prince Harry and Prince William were “inseparable” but claimed that changed once Meghan came into their lives.
