Senior members of the royal family have wished the Queen a very happy birthday as she turns 77 on Wednesday. The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a portrait of the Queen , taken by the Princess, in the garden of Ray Mill, her private bolthole in Wiltshire. The photograph featured on the cover of a special commemorative edition of Country Life magazine two years ago, which the Queen guest-edited to mark her 75th birthday.
